Save the stamp!  Bill Pay is available through MinnStar Bank’s online banking and TouchBanking mobile banking app. Bill Pay is a secure electronic service that allows customers to pay bills without having to write checks and mail them. Once you have activated Bill Pay, you can select what bills need to be paid, when and how much. This allows you to:
