Digital Banking Upgrade in Progress 10/27-10/29

MinnStar Bank is transitioning to a new, smarter, faster, better Digital Banking experience. Please review the following important information:

 

Monday, Oct. 27:

  • BillPay, Zelle, and External Transfers are temporarily unavailable.
  • Customers can still make internal transfers.
  • Business customers may schedule ACH payments until 6 PM.

After 6 PM (Monday, Oct. 27):

  • Retail users can view balances only.
  • Business users will temporarily be unable to access online and mobile banking.

 

Your New Digital Banking Arrives on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 8 AM!

 

Important Reminders:

  • A new MinnStar Bank Online Banking and Mobile App will be available on Oct. 29 at 8 AM.
  • Online Banking will be unavailable from 6 PM Oct. 27 to 8 AM Oct. 29.
  • Customers must know their current Username and Password to log in.
  • Alerts, Card Controls, and External Transfers will need to be re-set up.
